Missing Packages

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Returns

International soul family members are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs
  • Any customs duties or import taxes on returned items
  • Ensuring items are properly declared for customs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns. Processing times may be extended due to international shipping.

GIFT PURCHASES

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift:

CANCELLATIONS
